As a faith-based company seeking to enhance the effectiveness of faith-based organizations, CCLG works diligently to keep our prices affordable and reasonable. It is our desire to help ministries grow and succeed; therefore our fees are kept to a minimum. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs. We look forward to working with you!

1. Leadership Workshop (1-Hour Presentation): **

Cotton and Company Leadership Group has an extensive repertoire of topical trainings that can be tailored to the needs of your church. Topics range from Building Effective Teams to Leading Effective Teams to Creating a Leadership Culture to Values-Based Leadership.

2. Leadership Seminar (4-Hour Intensive): **

Cotton and Company Leadership Group prides itself on providing high-quality leadership training in a fun and interactive format. Our leadership seminars allow the time to present leadership concepts and provide students with exercises to put concepts into action.

3. Strategic Planning Session (8-Hour Intensive): **

Cotton and Company Leadership Group is committed to partnering with churches for the long-term. Our strategic planning sessions provide an opportunity to assess the strengths and weaknesses of a ministry, while guiding the leadership team through an organized process to position the church for growth. In addition to the 8-Hour planning session, ministries will receive a strategic planning document that compiles the results of the session, as well as 6 months of follow-up contacts with the CCLG Church Advancement Strategist.

4. Leadership Culture Inventory and Analysis: **

Cotton and Company Leadership Group will conduct a web-based survey of a statistically significant sample of church leaders and laity to better understand the inner-workings of the church and its leadership culture. The findings will be shared with church leaders, as well as recommendations for addressing any identified areas of weakness.

**Please note that the cost of lodging, meals, and travel are not included in the fees and should be budgeted based on, both, a primary facilitator and assistant facilitator (2). These costs are to be covered by the sponsoring organization and will be discussed and agreed to in advance to ensure they are reasonable.

**The cost of materials is also not included as this will vary based on anticipated participation and the selected service.
