Vision: Seek to become a national network of executive, assistant and associate pastors where supporting, equipping, mentoring and covenant relationships will be built, formed, and strengthened.
Mission: To help each member develop a healthy understanding of their role and assignment. We believe that an Executive, Assistant and Associate Pastor should serve faithfully as a “Second Chair Leader” and possess the Spirit of Caleb.
